The Eastern Oregon Workforce Board (EOWB) is a non-profit organization committed to enhancing workforce development in Eastern Oregon. Serving a diverse and expansive region, EOWB works across multiple counties, including Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa. As a regional workforce development board, EOWB collaborates with local businesses, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations to support job seekers and meet the workforce needs of employers.
