East Cascades Works (EC Works) is a non-profit organization dedicated to workforce development in Central Oregon, encompassing 10 counties: Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Hood River, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake, Sherman, Wasco, and Wheeler. As a regional workforce development board, EC Works collaborates with local businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to create employment opportunities and support economic growth.
